Let me start by saying that I am in no way bashing Liquid Research. I am VERY disapointed inthe service level that I am getting and the failure to answer emails sent to the yahoo address on their site. So if they will not respond maybe some of you can offer advice on dealing with this situation.
I just sent my 4th email in one week to these guys with no response. I don't mean to sound rude or anything...but this service is VERY poor. I totally understand the process of ordering Steroids 101 and not bugging a source because shit happens and there are risk involved. But when I am ordering from a company that's representing themself as a business, my expecations are higher. I don't mean to bash....but if business is that good, then get more help.
My expectations come from dealing with small companies like getpinz.com. That guys is GREAT over there, product ships the same day and no problems or issues. I've even changed my order last minute via email and he has updated my order and sent out.
I own and operate a small business myself and I understand that sometimes its hard to deliver. But when a majority of their business is driven by sites/boards like steroidology.com. It makes sense to keep your customers happy for repeat business and to keep negative post to a minimum.
My issue was that I had sent 2 pre sale emails asking about shipping dates and thta my friend has a show thsi weekend, and no response to that email or my post sale email stating thta My credit card was over-charged incocrrectly and I have not received any confirming emails or information.
I even copy paster bayomikes response about still getting the sale price (so I ordered 30 minutes after he posted) in another custermer service related post ont he board form another member.
My concern now is that will my product reflect on the level of service that I have received so far? I sincerely hope someone from Liquid Research answers me soon, so that I can edit this post and add possitive notes to the end explaining how they resolved my issue very quickly......fingers crossed.
