Liquid Research Expectations!!!

Let me start by saying that I am in no way bashing Liquid Research. I am VERY disapointed inthe service level that I am getting and the failure to answer emails sent to the yahoo address on their site. So if they will not respond maybe some of you can offer advice on dealing with this situation.

I just sent my 4th email in one week to these guys with no response. I don't mean to sound rude or anything...but this service is VERY poor. I totally understand the process of ordering Steroids 101 and not bugging a source because shit happens and there are risk involved. But when I am ordering from a company that's representing themself as a business, my expecations are higher. I don't mean to bash....but if business is that good, then get more help.


My expectations come from dealing with small companies like getpinz.com. That guys is GREAT over there, product ships the same day and no problems or issues. I've even changed my order last minute via email and he has updated my order and sent out.


I own and operate a small business myself and I understand that sometimes its hard to deliver. But when a majority of their business is driven by sites/boards like steroidology.com. It makes sense to keep your customers happy for repeat business and to keep negative post to a minimum.

My issue was that I had sent 2 pre sale emails asking about shipping dates and thta my friend has a show thsi weekend, and no response to that email or my post sale email stating thta My credit card was over-charged incocrrectly and I have not received any confirming emails or information.

I even copy paster bayomikes response about still getting the sale price (so I ordered 30 minutes after he posted) in another custermer service related post ont he board form another member.

My concern now is that will my product reflect on the level of service that I have received so far? I sincerely hope someone from Liquid Research answers me soon, so that I can edit this post and add possitive notes to the end explaining how they resolved my issue very quickly......fingers crossed.

Can anyone else help me out here...any thoughts?

guy's we are working our butts off here, everyone will get there order plus some free products for the delay, I am not sure what your problem is but it will be taken care of, all late orders were taken care of but it looks like there are some still popping up from the dead...LOL

Time to hire some more help. I could use another PT job...;)

Plus I am great for testing out product....Only problem is I would have perpetual wood via your cialis and not get much done...:eek:
 
Have the products come in that you were back ordered on? Or are you still waiting on some products and that is why peoples orders still have not been shipped?

Hi, no we have all products instock that was not the problem, the problem is we are getting to many orders and thats when things get crazy, if you were here you would understand and also would see what we do for our customers and how hard we work, and the best thing is if we mess up on a order we give them 3-4 free products just for the mess up so no one looses on this , and trust me you can ask anyone what happen when there order was late...:cool:
 
UPDATE: received PM from bayoumike, asking for order receipt info, etc. I will send this info to him as requested and I will keep you all updated.

Yes, the information of being very busy...is on the site. However, the fact remains this is still a customer service issue. I am glad to hear that they've indentified the problem and are addressing it. Maybe a suggestion would be to have an email sent to a series of order numbers with ETA to expected shipping dates sent to customers waiting for orders.

I'll keep everyone updated.

I wanna offer this, yep alot of bros have been upset about the service at liquid research. Thankfully I've only had good luck there, but consider these things.

Most of there products are nearly half the closest liquid products and mike hasn't just skipped out with money. he has admited there are problems and is working his tail off, and instead of jacking up prices he had a sale to thank us.

I shop at walmart cause they have a great selection and great prices not because a sales person follows me around and helps me try on clothes and pick a watermelon that is ripe.

i would say LR is one of the best research companys out there mike bends over backwards to help ppl out i love u guys keep up the good work!
 
diverseguy keep your shirt on man...all this customer service talk makes me feel like I am at Wal-mart.......the guy is super busy, give him some slack........good luck anyways.........
 
I hear that.
Mike is working hard to keep everyone happy and coming back to liquidresearch.
It might take a little longer since things started happening when his previews manager messed up.
But It wont be anyone unhappy with LR.
He makes up big for the delays.
 
I am moving in afew days, and when I placed my order I did not think it would take 10 days. So I was concerned wiht my package being in California when I'm goign to be in Vegas now. So I did not want to go through the whole finding the package and tracking through post office, etc.

After getting a PM from mike, I feel better, so I'm being patient and I'll see what happens.
 
ive ordered from LR twice now and had great service both times. last time i ordered was the last day of teh sale, my stuff arrived at my door 3-4 days later, (not sure when i wasnt home to know). same experience the first time.

Although I did wait a bit on my orders, they came in and I did recieve some extras..I have had no issue with them...they have been great...although patience is somewhat stressfull, have some...they have not burnt any to my knowledge.

Also, take this into consideration, they will ship before $$ recieved...where else do you get that, and just think of the guys who may have burnt them...if it were I, as the business man I am, i would wait to see if the $$ showed up before I shipped anything anywhere...

remember, these are good bros who rely on other good bros...although you may have a customer service issue, if you want to feel better, call the IRS 800 nymber and try and check how much you have in the kittie for when you collect social security, that could be a 3 week call...

id likr to bump the LR guys!!!!! my order was screwed up, but , not only was i notified of their problems i was compensated for my troubles!!!!! thanks LR for the clen and i will continue to use you and will tell others to do so as well..........................
 
Awwww aren't they cute :)

Just for the doubters of LR, these showed up on my doorstep today and they were ordered about 11:00 the last night of the sale. Big props for the hard work mike is putting in.
