how much will liquidex help eleveate bloat from 400-500mgs of test cyp a week for around 10 weeks...will uit help at all or no i want as little water retention as possible

use as little as possible , .5 eod should be more than enough for that test dose and you might get away with less than that . remember the less anties you take the less estrogen rebound you should experience at teh end of your cycle and the better your cholesterol values should stay

I went with SC's advise on .5 eod on my enan cycle and i am extremely happy with the results...and i only take it if i look like i need it...

...i dont think you have to run it all through the cycle..unless you want to..imo..

I see all these people abusing it and taking a shitload of anti-e's while on and even post cycle.
More is not better.
You gotta find out the least amount that works per individual without going overboard.
