List of things to do to optimize health while on gear

When you've got diet and training down with a good to go cycle. This is what I plan to do differently before my next cycle.

- Switching from plastic to glass containers to avoid BPA contamination.
- Switching to a metal water bottle to avoid BPA
-Ordering all grass fed meats from my supplier ( currently just ordering chicken breast from there)
- Get more sleep
- Stretch more
- improve my other fitness related skills - power, balance, coordination, etc
- getting up in the middle of the night to eat a meal
- start doing more yoga
- switch to natural cleaning and personal care products

What other practices, maybe some hollistic or natural practices can I partake in to fully optimize my experience on cycle?

I left acquire a girlfriend out because even if sex is good for your health, I heard they can be stressful and distracting (never had one).

I know steroids are terrible for your health, but what else can I do or what do you guys do to optimize your bodybuilding goals?
 
wow these are good goals man, I wish I could switch to all organic foods and grass fed beef but I simply can't afford it. I have thought about incorporating a protein shake in the middle of the night though, does anyone actually feel a difference in terms of gains with this?
 
Watching this thread as I'm interested in the answers you get but from experience mate you have the girlfriend aspect down to a tee.
If you have a girl your gonna be pounding her a lot and that kills motivation for me personally.
You need more motivation and dedication to hurt yourself in the gym when your "trying" to keep a woman happy too ;)

Would you mind posting the research you found that backs up that statement? Last time I checked, the jury was still out on the long term effects of aas use.
