little bit of help, newbie please!

ok so I know im going to sound a complete numpty here,

bit about why I want to start steroids, im 20yrs old 5 "8" barley 8stone (soaking wet)

ive tried since the age of 15-16 to put weight on, tried eating 5meals a day to mcda everyday
protien shakes
gym
been to. doctors they gave me a diet stuck to it with protien shakes for almost a year still no weight gain.

this I feel is my last resort, I work 5days a week lifting heavy goods 10hrs.
ive got loada of friends on steroids, buh listing to them could end in disaster, I want to know the cleanest/safest steroids and best cycles to start off on?

or any other info you might have cheers.

If you can't gain weight naturally what makes you think steroids will? Besides water weight of course.
 
I think you'd be better served going to the diet and training section and working on those before resorting to steroids, especially at your age.
 
Ok so don't take this wrong. Your too young to use steroids. Your still growing. Give your body a chance to reach it's natural potential. I was 6' and 140 pounds at 18 and put on 15 pound per year for then next 2 years.

Learning how to eat to grow is not easy. Go to the diet forum and work on your diet. Learn what to eat and when. I wouldn't use steroids till your 25 or stopped growing and 200 pounds.

about 120pounds mate,

about 3000-4000 a day easy buh when u was on my diet of doctors for a year was 5000

You either have a medical condition, which steroids probably wouldn't help, or you're not accurately counting calories, again, which steroids would not help. Your problem is 99% most likely diet related. Post up your diet, and full stats with TDEE and macro breakdown of the meals you eat.
 
im open to all suggestions mate, dont male stop growing at 20? you wouldn't believe how many diets ive tried tho even from my dietristion ill never reach 200pounds to start steroids:/

No, growth plates don't typically close till 23-24, your endocrine system is still stabilizing from puberty and teens, etc. post up your diet and let's get started.

ive always said its medical related all my brothers are 200pounds+

I stopped counting my calories but my average daily meals are usually like this:

up at 6am -full bowl of cereal with cup of tea pack of biscuits, and round of toast
about 11am - sausage roll or sandwich
dinner time - bacon sandwich or chicken sandwich crisps drink chocolate bar
tea time - gammon/cooked chicken/steak/ mostly meat- with peas salad chips or potatoes
night - usely mcdonalds/or toast and munchies

sorry its not very detailed as I gave up on a diet after nothing worked

How do you expect to gain weight if you don't know how many calories you eat and how many you burn daily? Results take time, nothing happens overnight even with steroids. What are your full stats? That's probably not even 3500calories in the meal plan you posted.

Then eat the foods you do like. There's no foods that are "necessary". Don't like fish, eat chicken. Don't eat chicken eat beef. Don't eat beef do whey protein powder, don't like whey go deer, turkey, bison, pork, etc. don't like pasta? Eat rice, potatoes, pretzels, yams, sweet potatoes, avocados, etc. if you don't want the help that's fine with me, it's your decision what you want to do and how you want to go from here, I just ask that you don't waste my time if you're not going to make any changes to your diet or not even list your stats (since I've asked a few times already for them).
 
I first started liftin at 18 and I was 175-180. Didn't hit 205-210 till I was 22ish. 4 years of eating and training. Yeah your not avarging 3500 cals.
I eat 3000 cals everyday and here is what I ate yesterday.


Breakfast 665 calories
1 chicken tenderloin
protein shake ( banana oatmeal whey protein crunchy peanut butter )

Lunch 912 calories
3 chicken tenderloins
1 avocado
salad with dressing
1/4 cup almonds

Dinner 1490 calories
protein bar
3 spoons of crunchy peanut butter
20oz imitation crab
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup almonds

Snack 200 calories
2 cans of tuna
 
No I grew an inche between 24 and 25. Men can grow as late as 28. I'm 6'1'' and 250 pounds. It was almost impossible to get over 200 for me at 210 I hit the wall.
 
so what your saying steroids wont work 100%

No they will work but will do nothing if you don't know how to gain naturally. My buddy asked me if he could get some and I told him no. I only said this becuz I know how he trained and ate. And it was garbage

It's hard to say since you don't include portion size, but I'd be REALLY surprised if what you list here is more than about 2500 calories. You need to eat like you mean it, bro!
