Little Estrogen help needed. long read.

So, the doctor who took over my TRT when (the greatest TRT doctor I could've found, left) is a moron. This guy played with my emotions literally jacking my TRT protocol all around. Anyways, I took the 2 hour drive out to see my old doc and get back under his wing. Back on 100mg test cyp twice a week and 500iu of HCG 24 hours before my test pins. When I pin my test, I take .5mg of Adex. I had been previously injecting my HCG 150iu daily. Anyhow, today and yesterday I was feeling awful, just like high e2 symptoms. Today I cried all through church, felt like an idiot. When I got home I injected my 100mg of test and took .5mg adex and felt a little better, keep in mind that I did do my 500iu HCG yesterday morning. Then it dawned on me that my blood work I had done a week or so ago should be available now online. Logged on to check it out and it was at the top of the range and pretty close to being over the top. So, I popped another. 5mg of Adex and already feel WAY better. Tears are gone and so is the fogginess I have had for the last week. Major anxiety as well. Gonna roll for a couple weeks on 1mg. Adex when I pin rather than .5mg and see where gets me. Still.gonna run the 500iu 24 hours before the testosterone shot. Thoughts? Sorry it's so wordy, been a really rough couple of days.

What was your E2 at and was the blood drawn at peak or trough?

What is you estimated body fat %?

E2 was 35 of a possible 39 and it was drawn at my trough without having had HCG for a couple weeks prior and fasted in the morning before that mornings pin. BF at maybe 23% I'm 6'2" 289 lbs.

I am surprised that E2 level is bothering you. Maybe it is climbing up around the time your TT is peaking. Might be worth checked blood work then.

It might be better to go to .75mg of Adex per week rather than all the way up to 1mg. But I do recognize that administering that dose is more difficult.

Another good option worth considering is switching to a daily dose of exemestane. Perhaps 6.25mg or 12.5mg daily. It definitely makes taking it easier. And exemestane has other advantages pve Anastrozole. But it usually costs more.

I was actually a little shocked to see my test at 695 out of a total of 827. In the past, the 150iu hcg everyday coupled with 200mg a week of test had me into the 1300's on the other labs numbering system that went up to 1197 I think. Not sure whether hcg daily or twice weekly is better. :-(

Most guys take hCG twice weekly while on TRT.

Yea we like 2x a week or even once a week.

I will continue to do 500iu of HCG 24 hours before my test shot and take my 1mg adex with my test. I feel a million times better today than yesterday and I owe it to that extra .5mg of adex I took last night for a total of 1mg. Gonna run this protocol for a couple weeks and have blood drawn. Should I still get my blood drawn the morning of my test shot even though the HCG will have been pinned the day before? Thanks for all the help.
