From Injury to Monster
It's been forever since I have posted and I'm trying a different cycle than I have before. I have probably ran 6-7 thus far with good results.
I am post surgery ( 4th one ) on a crushed tib/fib and I took about six months off from the gym totally and lost quite a bit of mass.
I was 220 3 years ago ( naturally around 175 build) prior to my injury and fast forward to today I am sitting at about 190.
Current stats:
5'11
190 lbs.
BF will be measured next week but probably around 13-14%
I am under the training and nutrition guidance of a pro ( not posting diet and workout because she is handling that for me) but I wanted to make sure the dosages here are dialed in.
Test prop 200mg EOD week 1-16;
Tren Ace 100mg EOD week 9-16;
Mast prop 100mg EOD week 6-16;
Var 80mg/d week 1-8;
Win 50mg/d week 9-16;
Adex 0.5 mg EOD;
PCT: Clomid, Nolva, Letro on hand.
I have done Tren E and Mast E before but this type of cycle is fairly new to me. Normally I keep them simple and light ( Dbol, Test E, Deca EQ etc) and this is my first EOD pinning.
Does this look decent? I'm doing a lean bulk ( my trainer hates recomp but essentially that's what I'm looking for-gain muscle but stay hard also. )
