Is milk thistle a good enough supplement for liver support or is it bs? Or is all the other stuff that claims to be better than milk thistle actually bs?
I did feel it in my kidneys when i was kick-starting my cycle with drol, it only lasted for a day though and I've already finished it off so i no longer have to worry about that. I also read that with the drol the kidney pain is more due to the different effects caused by water retention rather than damage.
IMO,milk thistle is a waste of money, try the Liv 52,it helps a little, more than anyother thing out there, like OP's have said the liver repairs itself on its own as long as you dont abuse it and dont drink
Liv 52 is good enough. Nothing will actually protect the liver from orals and injectables aren't very bad. I use some liver aids but UDCA is a good option and probably one of the best options if using an oral.
+3 Liv52 (LiverCare in the US)
This stuff is cheap enough to take everyday. On or off cycle, I take everyday with my multiple-vitamin. It is the only herbal that has been approved by the European equivalent to the US Food and Drug Admin. I get better labs while using it. Thats the real reason I stick with it.
