Because with work i usually train about 4pm and i was watching max's muscle tv and they had a bulking diet 4 hours post work out eating every 30mins for for hours it was like 2 chix breast, shit loads brown rice, couple of cans of tuna, shakes, oats etc... but the problem is this is for a mornibg workout and i personally cant stop work every 30mins so will it be ok to do this loading of carbs and that before bed or will it just be useless and get me fat? I am an endomorph and get fat pretty easy if not in check
