I am changing doctors because of a lack of confidence in the doc I'm seeing now. I've been doing testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for almost 1 year.

Because of my career, I need to make sure everything is on the up and up and %100 above board. I need to deal with someone who does it right with no chance of any legal complications / subpoenas etc due to their lack of integrity.

Questions for someone in the know:

How do I know if a company isn't doing the right thing and just has a doc writing scrips?
Do I risk any implications if I unknowingly deal with a company like that...could I be involved in any legal action as a patient?

Is it better, from a legal stand point, to deal with a local doc who see's me personally writing same state scrips as opposed to going through the internet and getting out of state scrips?

I know I sound paranoid, but I read about a company that's under investigation and I don't need that crap.

Thanks to whoever replies.

I'd like to bump this, I think you're questions are valid questions as are your concerns. I would like to know the answers as well.

Call Chip at Maximus. Professionalism and top notch service is what you need. And they have a doc so its on the up and up.

If you're super paranoid, you can still get your script from your local doc and just utilize Chip for the added services they will provide. Even switching to an Endo may not be a great idea. You need a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) professional, not some idiot that just writes a script.
