Hello everyone, I am a younger member and I expect to be flamed (Mostly by bro-science) but if you have any personal experiences or studies to show me, I am very open minded. Now to start off I'll say I started lifting right before my sophomore winter.. (1 year ago)
My starting stats were:
Height:5'9 1/2
Weight:121
Age:16
Bodyfat:10
I am now a junior and about to turn 17, I just finished my first year of football (varsity, back-up running back and starting OLB) My stats now are:
Height: Bout 5'10
Weight: 174
Age:17
Bodyfat:12 1/2
***PLEASE, I dont want anyone telling me I'm too young because " I dont know how to eat or lift properly " I also am not looking for advice on my split or macros, but if you must know I will post it here***
If you must know my current split is:
Leg- Sumo deads 5x5 squats/frontsquats 5x5 leg extension 3x15 leg curl 3x15 (minor ab work) I occasionally mix it up with weighted lunges and leg press.
Push
Pull Not going to explain my push/pull dont worry I hit my Bench, OHP, BB rows etc with isolation work.
Rest
Repeat
I hit all my heavy compound movements, keep my sessions right around 1hr. long, although I recently added in an extra rest day between leg and push since I was feeling too sore during some workouts. My diet is roughly 3600cals/day (I am not over exaggerating like 99.9% of people, that is near exact measured everything out..) Protein anywhere from 170-210. Once I start a cycle I am going to up ALL of my Macros ( I would actually like info on how much I should increase it by, I know that with the extra T I will need more calories and protein to fuel optimal growth.)
REASONS I AM TAKING THIS PATH:
1)Our starting RB was a senior, the spot is now open (I was the back up to him last yr, and he admitted to steroid use to me)
2)I am looking for a career in either sports nutrition, personal training, nutritionalist etc... I am basing my major in college on these goals, biology and how the human body works has always been my strongsuit.
3)I am looking to possibly compete in bodybuilding. Whenever I DO SOMETHING I DO IT. I mean by that is if I am going to do something, I am going to do it to the best of my potential. I believe if I was to bodybuild and compete, this is what I must do.
4) There are more shallow reasons as well.. Possibly competing in powerlifting and just having the strength.
WHY I AM NOT GOING TO "REACH MY NATURAL LIMIT"
Many of you will ask me why, or tell me to, I am not reaching my natural limit before I do this. I KNOW I AM NOWHERE NEAR MY "NATTY LIMIT". There I said it so you don't need to. Now back to the point, isn't the whole reason of taking a 'cycle' to help you reach your natty limit faster? Because if you are already at your natty limit, there is no point what-so-ever of taking a cycle, because as soon as you hop off of it you are going to lose all your gains (back down to where-ever your natty limit is) If you already at your limit, then you need to be on it permanently to hold onto gains, and thats not a 'cycle' That being said I plan on continuing the use of cycles for years to come and exceeding my natural limit.
WHAT I PLAN ON TAKING
This will be my first cycle. This is what it will consist of: (12 weeks)
1-12 500mg Test E ew
1-12 arimidex 0.25mg
1-4 50mg Dbol ed
14-18 50mg clomid ed
14-18 nolva
SIDE EFFECTS I HEAR(correct me if I am wrong)
Growth plates sealing- Caused by high levels of estrogen that is armomatised during the cycle, or the extrogen rebound after a cycle. Arimidex and post cycle therapy (pct) should keep that down?
Gyno- Arimidex?
Natty limit- the whole purpose of a cycle is to put you there or closer...
Dont make natural test after- Thats the point of having post cycle therapy (pct) isnt it?
So PLEASE, don't comment saying I dont know how to train, dont know how to eat, itll be a waste, haven't hit your natty limit... I do need help with my first cycle (setting up/modfication) help with how greatly my macros should be increased, and idk if this is against the rules or not but simply where do most people get it from? Looking to order online.. not wanting to get some shit gear from some idiot dope dealer in my region.
