Looking For A Bad Ass Leg Routine!

ok guys ,, i'm looking to put some mass on my wheels with my upcoming bulking cycle ,,,, give it to me ,,, i want to hear what has worked for you guys ,,,,
 
High rep squats have always worked well for me.

Keep the reps between 15-20. They hurt... ALOT, but they have given me the best results.
 
Squats 1x20
Hack Squats 1x12 (where you can't even get 12)

I use this one now and than, I can't even walk.
 
that exercise where you put the weight on your back and you go up and down
just squat and squat heavy..

there is no magic rep range use whatever rep range has wqorked for you in the past just make sure to get your weights up and eat..

i very rarely do more than 3 rep sets in fact most of the time i do doubles/singles and in gear but yet ive added size to my quads..they would prolly be a hell of a lot bigger if i used a close stance

good routine. one that worked well was:

squats 1 x 20

leg press 1 x 50 (you fail at 20-25, rest 10 sec, keep grinding them out)
 
i hear some people still use the 100 rep set for leg press. that is supposed to be affective for building size. but only use it once every 4 weeks. youll prolly puke after each session too.

Damn0 I thought I was the only one doing somethin like that!

That is a great routine and will definately put some mass on the wheels as long as the weights keep goin up.
