Looking for a game change 240 to 275 (any advise would be helpful)

I am 26 years old and have gone all natural until this point. I am at around 14% bf and 240 lbs. currently with a focus on getting to 275 lbs. within the next 1.5 years. This is a huge step for me as the most I have used to this point is PH and proper nutrition. I have gone from 185 to 240 by being very strict on my diet and training, but I feel I cannot go any further without help. If anyone has any suggestions on stronger PH to try or how to introduce LEGIT gear into my regimen I would be extremely grateful.

have an attainable goal first of all... 35lbs or lean body mass in 1.5 years is unreasonable... bodybuilding is not a race, I respect the fact you have been natural (except the PH) up til now, but seems you're looking for a short cut.

what are you long term goals? why the number 275? how tall are you? (height is important cuz if you're over 6' you don't have much chance of ever having success in bodybuilding unless you plan on being 350)

stick around, read as much as you can, lots to learn...

I am 5'9 and have been very successful with gaining until this point. Cutting is still an issue for me, but I figure if I can get to 275 then I can cut t 250 lean and compete with the supers. I am not looking for a shortcut I just realize where I am and the only step I have left before I compete is to reach the highest weight possible. I want to be a new generation mass monster and have been driving for that my whole life. I am trying to read as much as possible but it is hard to pick up on anything because I am new to this and a bit confused! thank you for replying so quickly though, any other advice as your profile says your a pro, that is my end goal!

sorry... if you do get to 275, you'll be cutting down to 220ish to compete, nowhere near the 250 you're thinking of

remember... have attainable, short-term goals first... like getting down to 12% or less (abs visible) and that will mean being very strict on your diet, and should probably get down to 220 or less

if you're 5'9" 240lbs, 14% and really natural... I call bullshit... I'm guessing you think you are 14% and probably more like 20%

I am completely ok with you calling bullshit on my bf % and weight. I may be off and am just trying to get better. My question was about what I can do to grow, and what can be done to help me improve. I am very interested in what insight you have to offer but your ridicule is a bit much. So lets say I am at your worst case scenario of 20% bf and trying to gain so I can get to 250 cut. What should I do and how would you approach the situation?

250 cut... learn to eat, train hard and cycle for the next 10 years and you might never approach a stat like that (many guys on the Olympia stage have been training/competing for 20+ years and are not 250, so u might wanna reconsider your goals)

get down to 200lbs, and I still think you'd be surprised how much more "lean" you could get

just an example....I'm 5'10, I was 290 at the beginning of the year (not fat by any means), have cut down to 230 (quite lean), but I know to get to a competitive condition I'd probably be 210-215. I've been training for about 20 years, know a thing or two about dieting and training, and know your goals are a bit on the "dreamer" side

Get on a good training and nutrition program and gain 10lbs of lean mass.
You will go from 240 to 250 and your body fat % will drop.

keep doing what your doing brother.. if your stats are really true (i too question your bodyfat percentage, but that doesn't mean it isn't that.. we just see alot of people grossly misinformed) then you are doing something right.. keep eating.. eat more.. lift correctly.. and get where you need to go..

get in the diet section and post your diet for a free critique.. im in there almost every day..

or check me out if youre interested in having someone do a detailed plan for you

Theoretically, going from 240lbs to 250lbs, without a change in body fat and only gaining muscle will lead to a decrease in overall body fat percentage.
Figure it out.

I would be careful with your goal of getting to 275 in 1.5 years. It's great to have goals, but a lot of people in bodybuilding end up fucking their health up with mega dosing to get to those goals. Is it possible to get that big in 1.5 years? With the right genetics it's possible but with the wrong genetics the side effects could be quite bad attempting a goal like that. Like others have said bodybuilding is not a race. My best advice to you would be to go and get your body fat percentage tested and learn as much as you can about steroids and how to use them properly. I would recommend when you start steroids to just go slow with the dosages and focus on diet and longevity in the sport. It's always good to aim high I would just advise you to keep your health in mind on the way to your goal.

I think its better idea to plan like this :
From 240 to 250 in 6 months as first step. After that from 250 to 260 in 8 or 9 months since it will be harder.
