I'm new here, this is my first post.
I'll shortly be coming off my first cycle in over 15 years which was...
-Testo Ethan 250mg twice a week for 12 weeks.
-EQ 250mg twice a week for 12 weeks.
That's it. Nothing oral to kick start it. This cycle was advised to me by a friend. I took oral Anabol many years ago, and it gave me really severe acne on my back, so bad I had it for years after, until a course of Ro-accutane cleared it up.
I stopped training for 10 years. I started working out again about 6 months ago and started my present cycle 11 weeks ago, with one more week to run. I'm 39, and work out hard, 5 or 6 times a week. I work out for bulk, and can barely walk out of the gym after about 50 minutes. I have a feeling I'd be better off with two days on and one day off?
I am 5'8" tall and before my cycle I was about 148lbs. Now I am 160lbs.
Anyway, I'd like to plan my next cycle, and also receive advice regarding if my first cycle was suitable?
I'd also like to know how long I should leave it after finishing this cycle before starting my second cycle?
My main question though is what I should run in my second cycle? Of course, I want nice gains. Ideally something stronger than my first cycle would be good, or even added to it. Also, something that isn't too renowned for causing acne. BTW, with the cycle I'm on now, not a single spot appeared, which was very pleasing.
