regardless.. excellent work taking charge of your health.. youve just about reversed the diabetes.. youre barely over the "limit"
 
lol, The thing that showed me that it could be done was a video called "Forks Over Knives" recommended by my Dr.
 
FYI, I found the "magic pill"....

More of a button, I am now working this into my daily routine as a fasting morning workout.

I also bubbled my cal. intake to 3000 a day, switch from 3 or 4 meals to small meal (or snack) to every 2 hrs up till dinner then I stop. I also cleaned up my diet a little (I was sneaking turkey dogs every now and then).

Great thread here. 3J you're awesome buddy. You always take such a genuine interest in people. And OP (thats you Seth), great f'ing job getting your diabetes under control. A lot of people in this country could do the same thing you did and lasso the bull, but choose to be lazy and eat that "magic" pill instead. Glad to here your tumor was not bad news.

Thank you for the kind words, You have no idea how much stress that tumor put on me. It was a tough go there for a while.
 
Hey 3J, how dose this look to you? I broke past my platough and have dropped to 228 as of today. I have changed my daily routine slightly and that seems to have worked. I am having an issue... Below is a snapshot of the normal daily food intake. I am having a hard time eating more than this. This is 6 meals timed 2-3 hrs apart. I know I need to eat more, I am basically asking if there is anything I need to add or subtract? Some days I add tuna or clams, I have been eating this for the last 2 weeks. I know I should switch to brown rice but I have more that 100 pounds of white in storage. Sometimes I sub the rice for whole grain pasta.
