I’m 38, been training on/off for 15-17 Years (always natural), during the last year I start to notice how difficult was to keep the drive, how difficult was to recuperate even had a good diet and rest. It’s so different when I was 20, some of you understand me.
The last year was pretty good but after 8 months in a row, I quit the gym on December, due lack of drive (too much job, but mainly I didn’t notice changes even I made a lot of modifications on the diet and workout).
I took a break for 4 months..
Now a month ago I start again but I decide to include something to help me ( I realize that it’s a vicious cycle, the past 4 or 5 years, I workout during 7 or 8 months until I burn out then quit, instead try to use something to impulse the drive).
That’s why now I decide for the darkside (at 38 is better than never) then I looking for a bulking cycle.
My plan is to use
Week 1-12 T/E 500mg wkly (usual Mon-Thurs injects of 250mg)
PCT- SERM's 2 weeks after the last shot
Clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20/
How much affect the libido during the cycle? And after the PCT?
