Looking for constructive criticism on my diet

6'2 225 fairly lean

Most days are similiar to this

Today:

meal 1:
1 scoop protein
7 egg whites, 2 whole
1 cup oatmeal
1 banana

Meal 2: pre workout shake
2 scoops protein
1.5 glasses of 1% milk
1 cup oats
1 spoonful of PB

Meal 3: Post workout
2 scoops protein
1.5 glasses of 1% milk
Juice, fruit, etc for 50-100 g carbs

Meal 4: hourish after
4 chicken tenderloins
banana
chex cereal with milk
diet jello pudding pack
Peanuts

Meal 5:
eggs, protein powder, some sort of carbs

Meal 6:
cottage cheese

Mid sleep:
1 scoop protein

** I have a gluten intolerance so carbs are harder to do right

Total
roughly 4500. try my best to follow 40/40/20 but its life and doesnt always end up like that

sounds good on paper but write down everything, then put it on paper what those details are.
