If you can get a powerrack and a bench at home, then that adds a lot. Otherwise you've got pushups, pull-ups, maybe dips if you can find something for that...
One thing that I find comes in handy is a Swiss Ball, if you do not have a bench at home. (very inexpensive also) If you have that and some DB's you can do a total body w/o pretty much. I actually kinda like the ball better for flys and certain presses. Just a thought...
Look around, should be able to get a set of weights for not too bad a price, especially if u can find used ones. I picked up a set of olympic style weights (530lbs worth) bar and bench that are like new for $175.00!! Guy was moving and wanted to dump them. I still go to our local gym cuz they have a powerrack, but thought it was too good a deal to pass up.
I"d reccomend looking aorund for a powerrack, could pick a new 1 up for as little as $300 or see how much it would cost to build one yourself(if u can weld) Also get a sled.
Many things you can do w/a powerrack and sled. U should be able to build a bench or find one real cheap. Try putting a WANT add in the paper. Might surprise u what u can find.
Good luck.
Stick w/squats, deads, bench and sled work. SHoudl be all u need.
