Prior to this i got into alcohol and coke bad for 10 years after military but now sober
Bench max - 375
Squat max - 550
Deadlift max - 400
Looking into doing a cycle of PH since it's growing harder and harder for me to get a hold of aas. Was hoping someone could direct me in the right way for a PH tjat will work good for bulk and strength. I want to bulk to 220 then start cutting to 205
