Looking for mentors to help

Hey guys,
Looking for reliable mentors to help me reach new levels with my physical goals. I am not looking for overnight fixes,"there are none". I want to work my a$$ off and appreciate the work put in. I am 38 years young and two and a half years ago I was a fat bastard look alike at 387 pounds and a 56 inch waist. I wanted more for myself and family so I did the hardest lift I could. My ass off the couch and into the gym. Have been holding steady at 220-225 and a 36 inch waist. Now I want to finish strong and stay there. I am not expecting instant sources to fall from the heavens, that takes trust and trust is earned not given. I want honest sound help/advice that gets me closer to my goals.
 
Thanks, want to hit 33/34 inch waist. And I just want to see how far I can take my body physically. Not looking for Ronnie Coleman, but I want good symmetry and size. I am 6'2ish with 17 inch arms and a 44 chest and I have never had that true round in my shoulders.
 
Yes,I want to cut some more before I go for a bulking phase.And thanks yoda will def read. I am familiar with AAS and OCT/PCT but I am not gonna say I am an expert by any stretch of the imagination.
 
unfortunately for steroids, they do not go well with high bodyfat. it's just asking for more side effects. a lot of people think that taking steroids at a high bf% will help them lose weight which it may in some cases, but steroids are meant to be taken when bf is already low. even cutting steroids like var, mast, etc really only shine when bf is already somewhat low, not really meant for dropping massive amounts of bodyfat. What is your bf% now roughly?
 
I already lost the massive amount clean. no surgery or pills. just retraining the eating habits, working out and HIIT cardio
 
good for you man. bf is def low enough. if I am correct in assuming you have never cycled before, then i would highly recommend test only for first cycle. read the link yoda put up if you haven't already. kudos for droppin that weight man
 
I appreciate the praise and I have read most of the article, bout to finish it up in the next hour. No this won't be my very first cycle. Am on Cyp and stanz, at the moment. But I am running low mg dose of both.

36" waist and 225lbs and 13%bf? That doesnt seem right to me....

Okay,so what is with the peptides? Is there a specific forum I am overlooking that explains them? I feel like Neo getting reprogrammed.
