Looking for safe alternatives for a teenager

So the title says it all. Any suggestions on something that will keep a young one from jumping the gun.

Yes this is really for a teen. Sadly I'm an old man.

Hard to understand waht you wrote however one thing stands out and YOU DONT recomend test or any other AAS to a teen. Make sure your squared away before giving advice that will fuck someone up.
 
I would rec creatine, whey protein powders, maybe beta-Alanine.

Genetic potential as a teenager? Absolutely not.

Food ... sleep ... ZMA ... kill yourself in the gym ... no alcohol.

Even get a blood test to measure T levels to show him where he stands.
 
Man if I were a teen and took test i would literally be fucking every chick in sight :cum: ! I mean come on guys, I'm 28 and running test and am horny as a rabbit :dance2: I couldn't imagine running that as a teen. I would say protein powders, creatine, sleep and a strick diet and workout plan should do the trick.

What about a high protein weight gainer? something with creatine, glutamine and ALA already in it. He is young and his metabolism should still be working well. A few shakes a day along with a clean healthy diet, a multi vitamin and a lot of sleep.
 
Standard supps play an important role and are very crucial when training and dieting the correct way. First things first! Being he can read, I hope he reads this, and the rest of the posts, The Basics is where it Begins!! And what do U think will do the trick Big Red???
