looking for some new foods

protein -chicken, fish, lean meat ,turkey tenderloins,shakes -carbs-sweet potato,brown rice,oatmeal,fruits,low sodium beans,cocunut water for healthy fats I eat alot off almonds.All I drink is plane water all day.It dont taste great but i eat for performance so I dont give a fuck about taste
