looking to expand my options on foods to eat and not eat what are some good healthy foods to eat

What is your favorite food to eat on cycle Thanks
 
protein -chicken, fish, lean meat ,turkey tenderloins,shakes -carbs-sweet potato,brown rice,oatmeal,fruits,low sodium beans,cocunut water for healthy fats I eat alot off almonds.All I drink is plane water all day.It dont taste great but i eat for performance so I dont give a fuck about taste

this is very very close to my diet , I have been adding occasional steak some vegetables like broccoli

& for good fats , a little olive oil, avocado, sparingly peanut butter over 100% stone ground whole wheat, salmon & tuna ( proteins but have good fat) tofu ( also loaded with protein)

carbs I also have steel cut oats in am loaded with fiber & some protein

Sounds like some solid advice so far. Add to that Greek yogurt, and I'm a huge fan of veggies like broccoli, asparagus and sautéed spinach. Watch your sodium intake, I buy most low or no added sodium products. And avoid basic carbs like white bread, processed sugars (candy, soda, etc.)... The longer your body has to work to digest a carb, the better it is for you. Go for brown rice, whole grain bread, sweet potatoes...

hey just wanted to throw this out there, i just add lemon juice to my water to cut the bland boring taste of water :)
 
Hmm a little coconut water is prob cool, but I'd double check to make sure they haven't added sugar, corn syrup etc.
Get a juicer and make some homemade fresh veggie/fruit juice blends.

You sure know how to eat I don't care about taste either.
 
goya makes a killer coconut water is awesome especially in summertime. so good it feels like a cheat to me but its not even. and perfect for some post training carbs or even during workout fast sweets for energy.
