Looking for tips while on p90x.

Can anyone write me a somewhat mock daily diet that I should follow while doing p90x, i'm starting it this week? Any certain foods that I should stock up on/get rid of?

i saw some kids in the gym with a big folder tha said P90X tonight. I was wondering what it was, i thought it was something their coach gave them
 
All P90X does is cause muscle confusion.

You just need to build a diet around what your goals are cause with that kind of program its all based on how you eat.
 
honestly you could get the same results just doing what alot of lifters and bodybuilders do in the gym which is again... cause muscle confusion.

That whole system is just media influenced propaganda and keeps people that are new to fitness misinformed.

Bodybuilders have known bout that technique for decades bro
 
Gotta admit I have p90x. I've done as much as the first 4 days. The workouts honestly left me more sore than weights. No shit. I stopped using it cuz I prefered to lift heavy fir size & after these killer workouts I had nothing left to go heavy @ the gym with. Now that I'm off cycle I think I might begin to incorporate it back into my routine

oh im not doggin it massive... im sure its a decent program but like you said, if you really want size it would be better to go with a program like doggcrapp or 5X5, etc.

But i really think that its still more of a body-shaping program more than anything.

Even though, im sure you still get some growth from somethin like that
