Hello guys, I NEED HELP !

I am 41yrs. old on test cypionate for over 6 weeks, before i started the test my lab number of 131,with all the signs of just existing in life.It felt like i couldnt focus on anything, depressed, bones ached. My endo has me taking 1ml per week,im feeling a little better but now im in the gym wanting to know if stacking anything with the test would help drop some weight, and help me get some endurance back,i still at times feel lethargic from time to time and what to feel more energy. Also i still feel stiff in my joints, bones,,is there anything that can help that as well? im 5 11 ,300lbs and also was wanting to know if i should bump up the test. I hope to hear back from someone, thank you.

Give it more time. At six weeks you are just starting to see the benefits of the test. I would work on getting some weight off and I bet that would help with joint pain. You are on the right track bro. Don't start over thinking it.

thunderstruck is right.... give it more time. Concentrate on cardio (I know...it sucks balls) but start out with just 15 minutes a day on a treadmill (6 days) at a fast walk. Get a heart monitor and keep track of your heart rates during this time...most will also give you the calories burned along with high and average heart rate. Write these down along with distance everyday...along with your weight in the morning. After the first week, try going for 17-20 minutes. Increase each week for a month and just do cardio. You should easily drop 10-20 lbs. Then start doing a bit of weightlifting (keep up the cardio and increase each week...either time, or speed) Stick with big lifts like bench, deads and squats to build muscle over your whole body which will also help you burn fat... When you get down to 250lbs, come back and let us know...oh yeah...Diet...got to Neflix and watch this movie. "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" for diet ideas and more so...Inspiration. Good Luck !!
