I'm 23 years old, 5'10" and 174 lbs at 14% bf.I've been lifting for 3 years now and have obtained some descent results: went from 145 to 174. Most of my lifts are pretty good: bench-290, squat-400,DL-465. I feel I am probably done growing now because both of my parents stopped at a younger age and I've not grown any more since the age of 19. I'm looking to start my first cycle and was wondering what your thoughts are on that as well as a couple cycle plans.
I'm really wanting to run a shorter cycle first and was thinking dbol 1-6 weeks at 30mg and test prop 1-6 or 1-8 weeks at 100mg EOD. I would also use Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) during cycle(250 iu E4D), arimidex(.25 mg E3D), and nolva 20/20/20/10/10 for PCT.
If that's not a good plan I will probably go with this:
Test E-weeks 1-12 at 500mg week
dbol-weeks 1-4 at 30mg/day
HCG- weeks 3-14 at 250 iu E4D(
A-dex- .25 mg E3D
PCT
Nolva-20/20/20/10/10
Aromasin- 12.5/12.5/12.5/12.5
Vitamin C-3 grams a day
