loosing body fat on cycle?

whats up, i know people usually have cycles and diets ment for bulking or cutting. I was wondering if i did my first test cycle and i ate high calorie but ate extremly clean and only ate the best carbs and fats would i be able to drop some body fat also.

Possible.. but hard to do in my opinion.. what are your goals?? To put on mass or keep the mass you have and lose BF??? IMO test could help you do both..depending on your diet and cardio...
 
For you to bulk and maximize your gains then no. Adding a few lb of fat won't kill you unless you already are fat. Get in some quality nutrition, along with some junk.
 
If you are going to bulk then bulk
If you are going to cut then cut
it seems difficult to do both on the same cycle because when i was cutting i went down in weightlifting....when i was bulking i went up 30lb in my bench
but everybody is different ....it may work for you...good luck bro
 
wel right now i have no idea what my body fat is, im not fat but im 180p at 5'7 and i could see my self looking much better at 170. i really want to start cycle but i think im gonna wait a little longer and drop some body fat.
Does any one have a good cutting diet that they could hook me up with. i have a hard time picking good carbs s besides oatmeal and brown rice and wholegrain bread i really dont have many others that i can use and i cant eat out like 3 meals a day. I need some good carbs that i can just heat up and that are easy to measure, i have a hard time measuring out brown rice once it is cooked. So i was thinking maybe you guys can suggest some carbs and then ill make an eating plan and you can tell me what wrong with it.? thanks

would it be possible for me to gain like 15 pounds of mass if i worked out like an animal and ate clean and then still loose some bf.?

Yep , just keep those carbs and protein high so you have lots of energy and do cardio.

Gain 15lbs and lose bf will be tuff be can be done. On 400mgs/week of EQ I was able to lose about 5-8 bf and gain a solid 5lbs of lbm. Truly is amazing what ones body can do when you put forth the dedication.

Try "Body for Life" you can buy the book or just go to the website. It has a circuit type workout with pyramid and supersets combined with a good cardio routine. The diet is high protein and it lists the good and bad carb and fat souces divided into 6 meals a day. It's a really helpful book when you want to lose bodyfat and keep muscle. :cool:

Its really hard to add muscle and lose fat naturally. Its easier to do while taking AS but its still hard. I would do some fina and clen with the test if thats what you are trying to do. Take alot of calories only when ya need them. Some before the gym and some after. Other than that I would keep the diet relatively clean and extremely high in protein. Good luck.
 
well i cant take clen cause i have prostatitus and an eca made it worse so clen deffinalty will. Im gonna work on my diet naturally for while, but just outa curiosity...hypothetically if i ate only lean meats and low gi crab sources could i gain a large amount of mass and still loose some bf. I think im also insulin resistant because my whole life i have never ever been very lean no matter how hard i tried or how little i weighed. But im just curious, i decided to wait a few more months.
 
why not try the all natural peanut butter diet,its fairly simple,and you can lose bf quite quick then bulk up,thats my plan ,the diet can be found at Elitefitness in the diet section,I dont know if its talked about here much or not
