wel right now i have no idea what my body fat is, im not fat but im 180p at 5'7 and i could see my self looking much better at 170. i really want to start cycle but i think im gonna wait a little longer and drop some body fat.
Does any one have a good cutting diet that they could hook me up with. i have a hard time picking good carbs s besides oatmeal and brown rice and wholegrain bread i really dont have many others that i can use and i cant eat out like 3 meals a day. I need some good carbs that i can just heat up and that are easy to measure, i have a hard time measuring out brown rice once it is cooked. So i was thinking maybe you guys can suggest some carbs and then ill make an eating plan and you can tell me what wrong with it.? thanks
