loosing weight without exercise for a peroid of time

I cannot work out for another two months, I havent been in the gym for a long time and I getting a bit puffy. I used to eat whatever I wanted as I was a cardio machine and tore up the wieghts.

how can one loose some wieght without exercise?

current states about 220 lbs around 6'3'' BF is around 15-17ish

Losing weight while not exercising is one of the stupidest things you can do. Don't cut calories unless you are lifting heavy and lifting frequently.
 
I would think at this point your best bet is to minimize any additional fat gain by eating as clean as possible and only taking in maintenance calories. A calorie restriction will just result in loss of muscle and a slowed metabolism with very little bodyfat lost. Can you not even walk?
