diet is EVERYTHING.. even if you just reduce cal's and maintain your activity levels, without increasing anything, you will lose weight. it's all about caloric expenditure vs intake... good luck!

I understand that. I'm finding that if I give in to my cravings, I make good muscle gains, but it comes with some fat. But if I eat enough calories for maintenance, even with 300-400grams of protein/day, my gains really suffer.Easto said:Myself, I like food too much.
