strict diet, cycled carbs between 0-200 mg carbs daily, or as close to 0 as i could get. It was fucking painful. 100 mg tren, 100 mg prop, 200 mg eq eod. Protein was probably up around 400 and fat was moderate. It really isn't that hard to do, it is hard to handle the low carbs.
