Losing tons of weight after Deca cycle

Hi guys, I'm kind of desperate here, I ended a TestE Deca cycle about 7 weeks ago, did PCT after that with both Clomid and Nolva for 4 weeks. First of all I was very disapointed in the results as I didn't have nearly as good results as I did in my first cycle wich was only TEstE. And now after like 7 weeks off I'm STILL losing weight. The amount of food I eat could be qualified as stupid. It seriously hampers me in my everyday life. It slows me down alot and makes me unable to do alot of stuff like go out etc. because I eat ALL the time. and still somehow manage to lose weight.

Has this happened to any of you with Deca?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I'm pretty much going crazy here.

I would go get bloodwork done immediately. You might not of recovered even with pct and your t levels still could be really low. Are you getting enough rest? Over training maybe? Write down your cals for a week so you know exactly how much you're taking in. It's easy to say I eat alot but alot of the time you're not eating as many cals as you think you are.

Ok I'll do that, but I said I'm eating a lot meaning I'm eating way more than I was before and I wasn't losing weight then. And bloodwork here in canada is like impossible to get, we nedd prescription.

I believe you should provide your height, your weight after the cycle and your weight now and your total calories intake
and of course your blood work
so we can help ...

It's not a prescription, it's a blood requisition form that you can take to any lab

Well you need to meet a doctor to get that and doing that here (unless you have a very serious condition) is pretty much the same as meeting the tooth fairy.

I'm 5'8,5" before I started my cycle I was 191 lbs. I only gained like 5-6 pounds during (which really pissed me off cause in my first cycle of ONLY Test I gained about 15 pounds and hardly lost any)

Now I'm like 192 so basically lost everything I've gained in that cycle.

An example of my diet:

Oatmeal, about one cup, with one egg and 3 egg whites.

Chicken breats with oven baked potatoes and veggies

brown pasta with chicken breast and brocoli, with some bread and a glass of skim milk.

A huge steak sandwich with a glass of skim milk

A tuna snadwich with a gigantic glass of milk

A green salad with cheese and Turkey olive oil vinaigrette with some peanuts and a casein protein shake.

And I don't weight everything I eat, but all of these are big servings, like pretty much the maximum amount that I can eat in one meal.

looks like you need to eat more. you diet is good but at your weight you need more. if i had to guess id say your eating around maintenance.

up the amount of eggs and eat them whole not just whites..... if each of those are big meals to you then you cant handle much food at once. a tuna sammich with a glass of milk is the most you can eat for a meal? make it 2 tuna sammiches.

You're eating a lot of food but not a lot of calories. Keep eating those things but add in some higher calorie foods like peanut butter, avocado, almonds, and milk. Items that don't fill you up much but give you plenty of calories. Don't be afraid to cheat. You're losing weight so you can use the extra calories.

Are you in Quebec???

In Ontario it's no problem getting bloodwork from any doctor. Family doctor, walk in clinic, or go see a HRT place

Well the reason I don't really eat those is cause I wanna limit fat gains, having very low testosterone levels and mixing fat and carbs in the same meals is not exactly a good thing IMO. Although I think I don't have a choice now.

Mixing carbs and proteins and fats is fine. The foods you eat don't cause fat gains, the calories do. But you're not eating enough calories to even maintain your weight so that's not something you should worry about. The fact that even while on a cycle you couldn't gain weight tells me that your blood is probably fine but you need to fix your diet. I'm no expert but this is pretty basic stuff. And so you know, fats are essential for hormone production, protein and calories are essential for muscle growth, carbs are your main source of energy. You keep track of your food intake but do you keep track of your calories and macro and micronutrients? There is a number of calories that you need in a day to stay exactly the same. Find that number, any lower and you will lose weight, higher you will gain weight.

It could be some other factors as well like...

Your workout split
Proper rest
Do you drink alcohol?(this is a big one for the young guys)

Plus dude your not gonna be able to keep 100% of all gains. The thing is to keep MOST.

Ok but I did not eat that much in my first cycle which was only TestE and I gained like 16 pounds and kept pretty much all of it, that's what makes me confused and makes me think it can't be just the diet. And I don't keep exact count of all my macros but I pretty much know how much of what there is in everything I eat. And I can also tell you that I'm eating a bit over 3000 calories a day with this diet.

Just go get bloodwork done.
It's as simple as walking in a clinic and asking for what you want here in BC.

Also, weigh and measure everything. It's a pain in the aas ar first, but is second nature afterwards.

If you're concenered about your weightloss be proactive.

to the op, I eat 15 grams of fat from essential fatty acids EVERY meal from nuts, olive oil, italian dressing, peanut butter, almond butter, etc. Those lipids are extremely important for testosterone production, immune system maintenance, and I believe as well for brain health.

One suggestion I would throw out to you is look into Scivation diets. They base EACH meal around protein and fats. Then you worry about adding carbs to each meal depending on the time of day and your goals. Many people who follow these principles of eating efa's at each meal and even adding more fats as weight gain stalls have leaned out considerably. healthy fats are like rocket fuel.

but like these others said, there is a good chance you may have hormonal imbalances.
