LOSING weight at 4k calories a day WTF

Granted I am very active.. I bike every day and I have an active job +workout 5 days a week but seriously?

I not only stopped gaining weight but i'm slowly LOSING weight eating 4,000 calories a day!


I'm not even a super heavy guy I sit around 200 pounds. I'm about to just bump it to 5000
 
It's not the calorie count that is the problem. It's the grams of protein at the right time that is the issue. Spend the money on a professional Diet program. IT's very possible your cycling is doing the same thing as a power sink program and putting your body into a catabolic state up to 18 hrs after your stop training.
