Im like 150 now at 5ft6. I have seen some nice improvements on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) but my muscle to fat ratio is still off.I want to do a recomp,like lose fat and gain muscle at the same time,i hear its easier when ur taking test anyway.
200mg Cyp a week
500iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 2x a week
.5mg Anerstrozole on Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) days

Diet
1950 cals
170 Carbs
49 Fat
33 Fiber
229 Protein

Training
Mon Chest/Shoulders/Bis-2 Exercises each muscle.4 sets 8 reps each
Tue Cardio-30 min 2min 6.6mph 2 min 8.5mph then repeat
Wed.Legs/Back/Bis 2 Exercises each muscle.4 sets 8 reps each
Thu-Cardio
Fri-Repeat

Also try to get 1 hr mma a week.

i also have Night Eating Syndrome.I will wake up half asleep and eat like 10 cookies.not fun.

anyone have any advice? obviously the night eating im working opn i know i can beat that im trying diofferent meds,but anyone have any advice on whats best to lose fat and gain muscles?
 
I just throw away all the junk food so I cant eat it lol... I do cheat on the week end but after that all the junk goes in the garbage.
 
Your diet set up with the aide of test should be enough to do the trick.
I can lose weight anywhere under 4k cals on 500mg a week lol.
Is your adex given to you by your doctor and that's why you dose it twice a week? I would bet you could go higher.

Intermittent Fasting diet approach would be something to look into.

Don't keep junk food in your house lol then. I would also drop Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) to 250 twice a week. 500 twice would bloat me up an would look fatter. And if your real serious morning cardio not running it will burn muscle to. Walk on incline fasted in mornings .
