Low Cals and Dehydration

Can someone help explain this to me.

Whenever I am cutting with a low cal diet, I generally consume lots of fruit and liquid, ......how come I get seriously dehydrated...my skin feels dry and like shit, I'm perm thirsty even tho I guzzle shed loads of water from dawn to dusk.

I could understand it if I was taking in loads of protein but I'm not.

Any light people can shed on this would be great :D
 
How quickly can ur sodium levels drop then ? Could I counteract the low sodium by just drinking a tea spoon of salt along with my low cal diet a day ?
 
You can eat canned soup or La choy chow mein, many foods are high in sodium try to get a minimum of 2 grams per day. 2 -4 grams is good to much isn't good either.
