Moresize 2, its called a TKD (Targeted Ketogenic Diet)... you can take carbs pre and post cycle if you want... but I would never go above 100g carbs max alltogether. I would only do this on the days that I lifted easy and did 2 hours of cardio (on my Triatholon training schedule). Make sure to subtract those out of your daily calorie alotment then redo the % of fat to protein to compensate, keeping protein about the same and dropping the fat calories.
I would test with KETOsticks to see if you can still reach Ketosis with whatever amount you chose,and chose low and then work up seeing what you can handle before hitting it up too hard.
With 100g carbs pre and post combined I could hit ketosis again in the early evening keeping my other carbs at about 30g throughout the day, but again I was also taking R-ALA pre and post workout.
