hi i've looked at this forum for about six months i created a account tonight because i work out a lot i can follow a diet i did almost zero carb for 5 months. long story short i do low carb i end up at 212 no mater where i start. my background is in a 38 year old male 5'10" 23 percent body fat. i'm pretty active. i want pointers about getting my body fat down without loosing muscle. i understand it will be a slow process doing both but i can't lose this belly. i gain ok but the belly stays and no i don't drink beer. i found this website and realized you all well most of you have a ton of knowledge so i hope you can nudge me in the right direction
