Low DHT your thoughts on this please

I am not currently taking HCG. I do have my first endo appt. In the beginning of April. Are there any noticeable sides I should be aware of with low DHT?

well dht is 10 times more androgenic than T, so sex drive and strength will be the main things it impacts.

how many days from shot ?
did you run heavy doses in the recent months ?

I was on testosterone cypionate and while my total and free testosterone was dialed in, I was flagged low in DHT - 28 (range: 30 - 85). I recently just switched to Axiron to see if the higher DHT conversion would bring back my libido but it hasn't. Last lab showed a value of 76 with a reference range of 30 - 85 and I felt no different. Not a lot of studies on the effects of DHT on libido - trust me, I've looked.

I've had a crazy ride, from wife over dosing with 200mg test cyp, thinking im only getting 100! Any way, spent a month or so reduced to 100, split 2x a week. Got my T down from 1195 to 755 ish. But E was all over the place, just could not seem to dial in properly. Free T was off the charts still. This were the first labs where im almost back to normal.

current protocol:

40 mg test cyp, Monday night, Friday morning. Im not sure when to take my AI now. Monday night after an hour or 2 of injection I took 1/4 stane, and Tuesday morning was a raging hornball, and I said finally back to normal!

Toward the evening, noticed that went away, and was replaced with being irritated, and this morning just blah... So Im thinking I crashed my E. And I need it back up! Im supposed to meet with a girl tomorrow morning!!!! Ahhh so frustrating!

any suggestions? I bought over the counter DHEA from GNC, wondering if I should take it tonight, or just see how I feel in the am. if E2 was arounf 25-30, and I have no idea how much I dropped it, how long does it usually take to pick back up? Took stane Monday night.

Estradiol is all over the place with 2x a week shots of 50 mg T ?
Really?
you don't even have HCG in the mix....that would complicate things even more.
Same here with the AI. It's a never ending battle on how to dial in with Estradiol.
Seems like a task of finding the right time to take what and at which doses...
take it a few hours off or slightly too much and you crash E2....
I'd like to know when T and HCG approx. peak from the IM shot...

Have you tried DIM instead of an AI? If you haven't, then I would give it a shot.
