Low FSH and LH, help and suggestions

Hello all,

I have been off cycle now for 10 months. i decided to see a doctor to monitor my blood work and overall health. Once I came off of gear I crashed pretty hard. Test level had dropped to a 70. I was put on an HCG and clomid protocol for 3 months (25 days on 5 days off) HCG 500 iu ED and clomid 50mg ED (split in 2 doses 25mg am/25mg pm).

After the first 3 months nothing changed. At this point I was still in the gym and doing cardio nearly everyday, although it was extremely difficult and I fatigued extremely fast. I was put on the same protocol for another 3 months. I now started taking tribulus and increasing vitamin D intake to 10,00 iu a day.

I returned for more blood work and the results were better (not by much). Test had increased to 220. FSH and LH were still below 1.0.

I was informed to continue with the same protocol.

I am a month in and just feel depressed and have no energy, every aspect of my life is being affected by it. I want to just start taking AAS again and get back to my old self, but not sure if that will put my health at risk.

Please help with any feedback or suggestions.

Thanks.

Im not a doctor but i think your doctor cant be called a doctor either.. How can he leave you depressed with such low testosterone levels for 6 fuc**** months and still not put you on TRT... Dude you might have fuc*** your natty production for good.
Maybe with the right treatment you might recover some of it but is it worth it? Spending another months or maybe even an year feeling like shit, taking a bunch of different medicine just to TRY and MAYBE recover your own natty production considering even if you DO recover it, it wont be very high at all?

TRT or blast and cruise is just 1 or maybe 2 shots per week lol and if you go on a long trip like 3 weeks or 4 weeks just prepare yourself and shoot a higher dosage of test cyp before you go or something.

Others may disagree but i say, if you re gonna touch steroids you better be ready to B n C

I agree and my thoughts were the same, thanks for the input. Just trying to determine if his protocol is something others have experienced and/or been placed on. I really don't know if I can go much longer feeling this way, I'm ready to just B n C to be honest. My main concern is just the fertility issue.

I'd like some more history. Like how long where you on cycle and what were the doses and compounds used. The protocol the doc put you on is not as all what I would do.

I was on for 5 years taking 4 months off every year, using HCG, clom, nolva and exemestene. Gradually increased doses over the years adding and dropping compounds. I had competed twice, the protocols were pretty intense for my most recent prep. I was taking 1g test sust, 900mg EQ, 300mg tren, 50mg win and var 1mg adex eod. I had a bad knee injury which caused me to come off and then just had my hernia repaired since I have been off for a while with no drive. Throughout the 5 years I had bloodwork done on occasion, being "young and dumb" I didn't really consider the long term effects. All recent blood work is pretty decent aside from test levles, free test and FSH and LH.
