I love beef jerky but it has far too much salt in it, does anyone know of a low salt jerky that tastes good. I love the stuff but it's just too much salt.
Honestly I've thought long and hard about buying a food dehydrator and requesting some thin-sliced london broil. That way you can do whatever the hell you want with it, and make large batches at once.
That sounds like a good idea--my friends go hunting alot and they give me more deer steaks than I can stand-jerky may be the best way to deal with this stuff.
