Low T, what to do?

So I'm 18, been lifting for 4 years, made massive gains without taking anything. Recently though I have been having symptoms of Low T, and had it tested, it was in the low 400 range, which for my age seems a bit low. The doc here says it's normal, and I say otherwise. I've lost 10-15 lbs, my bench has gone from 250x6, down to 185x6, and among other things, my D isn't fully functional... Anyway, before I started trying to find gear and fuck up what I already have, would anybody recommend maybe just taking Clomid and Nolva and see if that helps, or should I just wait it out. I'm getting pretty frustrated, I'm not lifting like I used to and when I asked him for AndroGel he basically laughed in my face.

Are you sure you are not overtrained? Or maybe need a break? How often do you train and for how long how many sets? Pretty much all i can think of is that. If you need something i wouldn't start taking a SERM, use a natty supplement if anything like D-Aspartic Acid.

Clomid + daa for 1 month jus to see if this is T related. If it is this should clear right up. If not there are other things to look at. For now get a complete female panel bloodwork done.

If you feel tired every day and I mean like not I've worked hard tired but like death over come tired, get your levels checked. If their low the dr will get you on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). I'm only 32 but got put on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) at 28 and with in the first couple of years of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), I dropped 60lbs of fat. I was working out already but the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) help me push myself and feel like my age should. Trust me it's not something to play with. Good luck

They are not "low" enough for that, they are in the 400's give or take. I've tried, the doctors on campus dont even know how to do that kind of stuff, and the endocrinologist I was told me it was fine. My lh levels were 2.8. I have the symptoms, just not the numbers to back it up. So, I'm basically stuck with what I can get over the counter

I never heard of DAA, I could give that a try before I start fucking around with SERM's.

Good plan man, you will not be disappointed. Also did you have your estrogen levels checked? I've had this idea that anyone around 18-21 would benefit most from and Aromatase inhibitor (AI) since test levels are usually high as estrogen levels are as well (think about high school love emotions haha) You could stack Bridge with it IF needed to control estrogen levels in a healthy range IF they are out of whack. I work at a supp store as well and this has worked pretty well for guys who just turn 18 and want to take PH's, AI's seem to just work a lot better like low dose ATD.

Yeah first time I took an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) I flipped out in day three feeling like I was 18 yrs old again lol. Good advice on DA products, one of the best I've used was Formula x off Orbit by Athletix. There are plenty others as well. Good luck!
