Anybody? After researching it a bit I found it claims to repair muscle damage and is used for muscle/ strength gains. Any feedback?

In the past I've supp'd with Amino's and BCAA's but usually just while on cycle. I feel while natty that my body get's more then enough w/all the shakes and meat I eat.. Just my 0.02
