I was thinking about getting on m1t.
i am 157 lbs, been training consistently (4-5 days a week) for 6 months now.
taking superpump max, and myofusion protein, creatine and thats about it.
what do you guys suggest i take with the m1t to avoid side affects? (and not take, in regards to the current supps i am taking)
also, can anyone who WAS from about 140-160 post any before and after pictures from their experience with m1t?
