So I was hoping to use var and clen for an 8 week cycle. My questions stems for the diet aspect of things as well as dose. But first a quick overview. Iv been on a prep mode diet through my coach for the last 15months. I know crazy isn't it? I recently realized I'very been on less than a 1000 cals a day. Over the last month or so I've upped my intake to 1200-1300 (and want to steadly increase it up to atleast 1800-2000) which resulted in a huge chaotic weight increase..water too..
Up until late this year I was at a 11% bf stage ready at 103lbs..now definitely at 19% with a 30lbs weight increase.
I've been weight training for over 4 years 6 days a weeks...prior to do that did muaythai for 2 years..had a scholarship in high school playing rugby. So I'm not new in terms of nutrition and training except for nutrients regarding AAS. Does anyone know what my rough caloric intake should be with a macro breakdown when using var and clen? Can I increase my calories a lot more while on them and still see fat loss?
My current stats and training regimen.
5 ft tall

133lbs.
Weight train 6 days..(2 legs, back, shoulder, accessory/conditioning, arms) at the momement not doing cardio except for a 20min hiit...but want to do hiit 2 times a week (15min sprints) and cardio 2 times a week 20mins. I also work as a server in a busy busy restaurant full time where my shifts go anywhwere from 8 hours to 12 hours of lifting, walking, carrying, walking lots more
I was thinking doing var at 10mg (5in the am and 5in the pm) and clen 20mg both for 8 weeks. Any input on nutrition, macros and the dosage would be greatly appreciated! ***128591;***128591;
