hey guys i am on a cycle : its my sec cycle ... my first was deca , test , dbol i literarely kep nothing i was new and did not know about pct , and i did not take any supplements and did not eat good wich make sence alott so i dnt wanna repeat my mistake again ...
eq : 400 mg/week first 8 weeks than 500 mg/week the rest 4
test cyp : week 1-12 500 mg/week
deca : week 1-8 200 mg/week /
vitamin b-6 week 1- 12
proviron : week 3 - 17
PCT :
Clomid Therapy
Day 1 Day 2 Day 3 Day 4 Day 5 Day 6 Day 7
Week 1 300 mg 100 mg 100 mg 100 mg 100 mg 100 mg 100 mg
Week 2 100 mg 100 mg 100 mg 100 mg 50 mg 50 mg 50 mg

nitro tech ( post workout) , cell tech (powerfull creatine): 15 mins after the post wrkout , anabolik halo (intra workout) , noxplode ( pre workout) , bcaas (amino acids ) ,optimen (multivitamin) , and russian bear 5000 (carbs) with lcarnitine to prevent fat .
anw i wanted 2 ask with all of these and the pct , proper diet and training . is it possible 2 maintain all the gains ??
