Hi im Crum8lean im 35 years old 5'7 192lb and have a body fat of 29% (i know bad isnt it ) i play football once a week weight train twice a week moderate day job involes quite a lot of walking 10000-12000 steps per day currently i have acces to all clen, sibutramine, anavar etc and my training is spot on its my diet im struggling with ....would love to get into keto just dont know where to start anyone have and tips tricks hints plans meal ideas etc i can use .....along with what of the above is best to use along side keto . thanks in advance
