Hi im Crum8lean im 35 years old 5'7 192lb and have a body fat of 29% (i know bad isnt it ) i play football once a week weight train twice a week moderate day job involes quite a lot of walking 10000-12000 steps per day currently i have acces to all clen, sibutramine, anavar etc and my training is spot on its my diet im struggling with ....would love to get into keto just dont know where to start anyone have and tips tricks hints plans meal ideas etc i can use .....along with what of the above is best to use along side keto . thanks in advance
 
Welcome to the boards mate! Just to be clear you play football or soccer? Diet is king here with your bf, why go right into keto diet?
 
you have definantly come to the right place bro. don't be so qwick to turn to compounds. like clen or what have u. stay natty, get on a good diet. 3J is a board member he can help. id start in his free diet advise thread in the diet forum. Good luck and welcome to the boards!

you weight train just twice per week, yet your training is "spot on" ? I don't know of any spot on training protocol or programming that calls for 2 time per week training. I do see that 3x per week training for the senior citizens in my community , cause thats all they can handle . but i think you can handle more , and you'd be getting much better results with a high frequency program.

get to the training section and the diet section of the forum. get those two things spot on , THEN worry about adding PEDs to help facilitate the training and diet
