How do you do this? lol. So 1 gram of dbol should make 100 10mg pills. What do I use as filler in the caps and at what weight? I pretty much have no clue about the whole capuslating process. Any helps appreciated.

get a capping kit and check out google on how to use it fully.

alot of people just use typical fillers, as i know and seen, protein, creatine(sp?), and caffeine.

Keep it simple. Use dextrose. Cheap and a good volume per fill weight.
