making tablets

hi guys

i want to produce some tabs for own use. i want to provide this hand held pill press which is sufficient for my purpose.

could anybody tell me the needed agents and ratio?

I found as agent for tablets following products:

Microcrystalline Cellulose
Lactose
Dextrose Monohydrate
Natrasol
Magnesium Stearate
Calcium Phosphate

does anybody know if i need all agents for tablet making?
