Mammary gland removal for gyno

I have a bit of gyno on my left side... had gyno surgery twice before, but ive read you can get your mammary glands removed and never have to worry about gyno again...

Can anyone share their experiences with mammary gland removal?... I think tuetonic had it done.

Did it grow back due to steroid use? Or just grow back on its own. I have surgery tmrw morning! My doc refuses to remove gland completely.

Sounds like they only gave you lypo, and I have read it can grow back and they were supposed to remove it

They remove all the tissue, but leave a small piece behind so the nipple doesnt concave. The surgeon keeps refering to it as "tissue" and not "gland". Hes saying..."i will leave a small piece of tissue behind" ...to me, this means he is not removing the gland..
