Looking at the rest of my blood work I see my E2 is up a lot from 2 months ago. I have an appt. next week with my doctor I will ask if he thinks I need to start an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) yet but it looks like I might have to. What would be a good one to try first? Also if I feel the same with low or higher E2 is it really a big deal if I don’t take an AI? I don’t feel any different but I don’t want to grow some man breast either how high of estrogen would one have to be to have this happen?

if you don't feel shitty sides I wouldn't start and Aromatase inhibitor (AI), not on 1 reasonably high reading.

Ive seen it a million times, guys get all scared about gyno, and take too much Aromatase inhibitor (AI), and then they feel like shit.

What are some of the most common sides other than gyno? And I agree with you I would prefer not to take anything I don't need.

you will know if your getting gyno. it will be obvious. I'm not saying anything bad about AI's they are a life saver, for those who need them. a very very small dose wouldn't hurt you.

With me, I get plenty of warning when gyno is setting in. Nipples get very perky and sore to the touch. These symtoms could remain for weeks before a lump actually starts. I am sure every one is different, but I would not bother taking anything unless you have symptoms. Those being gyno symptoms or high estrpgen symptoms. Just my 2 cents.
